How it works

Every print starts from a real survey. We build each map from the best available survey information, taking great care to represent it as accurately as possible. The shoreline and depth contours come directly from the survey, redrawn as art. Water depths are shown in graduated bands, islands are included, and the shoreline is finished with a single fine line. We’ve tried to make the rest simple. Search for your lake, choose a color palette, and, if you’d like, add up to two lines of your own words. We’ll create a preview using the same digital artwork used to make your print. What you approve is what we print. Every print includes the survey source and year in the margin, giving you a record of the lake as it was documented by that survey. It’s made as art, not as an official navigational chart. Each print is made to order and shipped wherever you’d like it delivered. Nothing is sent to our printer until you’ve had the opportunity to review and approve your order.
