These terms cover purchases from Geo Scenery, a trade name of Best Day Prints LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). Prices are in US dollars and payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.

What you are buying

A decorative art print of a lake, drawn from depth-survey data published by a state agency. Best Day Prints LLC, doing business as Geo Scenery, holds copyright in the rendered artwork; the underlying survey data is the agency's public data and is credited on the print.

Not for navigation

These prints are decorative. They are not nautical charts, not navigation aids, and must not be used for navigation, anchoring, diving, or any decision where water depth matters to safety. The survey they are drawn from may be decades old and depths change. This is printed on every piece.

Accuracy

We render the published survey faithfully, but we don't warrant that it reflects the lake's current condition. Colors vary between screens and paper.

Orders and fulfillment

An order is placed when Stripe confirms your payment. A person checks every order before it goes to the printer. Prints are made to order and shipped by our print partner, Prodigi, to United States addresses only. Delivery times and costs are on Printing & shipping; damage, faults, cancellations, and refunds are covered by Returns & refunds.

Personalized orders

Text you supply is printed as you enter it. Check your preview. We print what you typed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Best Day Prints LLC's liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Questions: hello@geoscenery.com.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about an order or about them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
