Printing & shipping

Nothing is printed until your order has been checked by a person, usually within a day. After that your print is produced and shipped by a print-on-demand lab — we hold no stock and never handle the parcel ourselves.

How long it takes

Production typically takes a few business days, and shipping time depends on where you are and which service the lab uses. We'll email you a tracking link the moment the lab dispatches it.

We give ranges rather than dates because the lab, not us, controls the schedule. If an order goes quiet we chase it — see the reconciliation step in our operating notes.

Where we ship

United States addresses. If you need somewhere else, ask before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether the lab can do it.

Holidays

Print-on-demand cutoffs move every December. We publish a conservative order-by date on the site before the holidays; ordering ahead of it is the only way we can be confident.
